What is a credit?
Credits are the unit Brand Studio uses for generation. Cost depends on the generation type and active model. Brand-model image shots cost the same as normal image shots.
Do paid plans unlock different features?
No. Paid plans include the same core features; the difference is how many monthly credits you get. Basic includes 50, Pro 100, and Business 250 credits per month.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Paid merchants can buy extra credit bundles when they need occasional spillover beyond the monthly plan allowance.
Do you keep my product images?
Source uploads and generated files are stored for 30 days so you can review and save them to your products, then automatically purged. We keep prompt history (without the image bytes) so you can audit what was generated.
What's your content policy?
We pre-screen every upload and prompt for inappropriate content before sending to the AI. Family-friendly only: no nudity, violence, deepfakes, or content involving minors. See our Terms of Service for the full acceptable-use policy.
Do failed generations count toward my limit?
No. Failed generations are refunded automatically so you are not charged for work that did not complete.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Shopify sends us a data-redaction request 48 hours after uninstall, and we delete all your data at that point.
